We're a friendly running club formed in 1983 based in Caerphilly County Borough whose H.Q. is

The club meets Tues. & Thurs. at 6.15 for a 6:30 start.

We Also have Future Fliers on Mondays and Thursdays at the same venue, for those starting there running journey, and hoping to progress to club runs.
